SHIPPING
With the increase in online shopping, I’m sure you check that tracking as soon as you submit your order like we do, right? We know how important shipping is to you as our customer, so please review the following information regarding our shipping process!
Shipping Process for In-stock Items
Once your order is placed, your tracking information will be provided to you via email 24 hours following the date and time of your placed order. This provides you with a 24-hour cancellation period. After the 24-hour cancellation period, your item(s) will be inspected and prepared for shipment. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the associated tracking information to track on your end.
Shipping Process for Made to Order items
Once your order is placed, production will begin 24 hours following the date and time of your placed order. This provides you with a 24-hour cancellation period. Once production begins, please allow 48-72 hours for the completion of your product(s). Once your product(s) is/are complete, your item(s) will be inspected and prepared for shipment. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the associated tracking number to track on your end.
Please note that Edgy Sips utilizes UPS as our preferred shipping carrier via UPS Ground. We have had great success with our items getting to our customers in their original condition using UPS. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number, which will allow you to track your item(s) and its expected delivery date.
If your item is showing delivered and it is not on your property or in your possession, please contact UPS first to file an investigation/claim to determine where they may have placed your order. Once their investigation is complete and you still do not have your item(s), please email us directly at sales@edgysips.com and include the details of their investigation results in order for us to proceed with replacing your order at no additional cost to you. Please note that the results from UPS will be required in order for us to replace your order at no cost to you.
