RETURNS + REFUNDS
Currently, we are not accepting returns of glass drinkware. If your item arrives damaged, a return is not necessary. We ask that you email us your order number and photos of the damage within 24 hours of your tracking information showing DELIVERED status. We will confirm our receipt of the details and proceed to replace your item(s) at no additional cost to you. If you do not supply us with these details within the 24-hour window as required, we will provide you with a 50% Store Credit or a 50% Refund as we will be unable to confirm that the damage was due to shipping negligence.
Due to the customization nature of our items, all orders are non-refundable, unless your order has been cancelled by 11:59pm EST on the day that your order was placed. This is the ONLY way you are able to get a refund. If you do not cancel by the Order Cancellation Deadline, your order will be completed and fulfilled for you.
